Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the gear we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund.

For other returns, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.

Used or worn items, custom orders, and clearance items are non-returnable.
