Q: How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 not including items weighing over 25 lbs. (Set this slightly above your average order value to increase cart size.)
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. Expansion is coming as fast as ribs disappear at a backyard cookout. Stay tuned on this one.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Guarantees
Q: What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
Q: Do your products have warranties?
Many of our products include manufacturer warranties. Check the product page for details.

Q: Are your products professional grade or for beginners?
Both. We carefully select gear trusted by pitmasters but easy enough for backyard legends. Some items we have a beginner item and pro options.

Q: Do you test the products you sell?
Whenever possible, yes. If it doesn’t pass the “would we use it ourselves?” test, it doesn’t make the store.
